Marketing

It PAYS to advertise with Oswego Speedway!

Oswego Speedway is actively involved with businesses, large and small, looking to capitalize on the ever increasing exposure of their products and services to the thousands of auto racing fans attending weekly events at the Speedway.

Oswego Speedway offers a broad range of marketing/advertising opportunities for businesses. From naming rights to weekly racing events, to sponsoring a weekly or season long driver award, or advertising through one of our many signage opportunities around the Speedway, our marketing partners can expect to benefit from Oswego Speedway’s extensive involvement with the news media before, during and after their selected race date.

“Put Your Company in Lights” – Become a Race Night Partner

One of the more popular avenues for businesses to expand their reach with Oswego Speedway is by becoming a Race Night Partner. In doing so, your business becomes the highlighted promotional partner of the evening garnering top headlines in all Speedway print and web advertising. The Speedway has made major improvements in its online marketing, fully utilizing social media outlets Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube which will further serve to promote your company. OswegoSpeedway.com remains the main hub of information for Speedway race fans and your business will be a prime point of interest on the site, including up front logo placement with a direct link to your company web site.

For race night partners, Oswego Speedway will “layer” your business into pre-race printed, audio, and visual ads that are targeted to promote your company and your race night with no additional charge to you. Your company will also be highlighted in our season long schedule brochure, which has 40,000 copies distributed regionally and nationally.

During your Race Night, your company will receive a minimum of (3) commercial announcements over the public address system, addressing the thousands of fans in attendance. One member of your company will also have the opportunity for a LIVE on air interview with our race night announcers to further promote your business on a more personal level.

While the racing action is under way, your business will be guests of the Speedway and invited to sit in the best seats in the house, the Oswego Speedway VIP SkyBox. The revamped SkyBoxes at the Speedway seat (20) and provide complimentary all you can eat food and drinks.

When the checkered flag falls, the Speedway will have victory lane representatives that will correctly display your merchandise during all post race photo shoots. This includes all qualifying and feature races, or approximately 15 different photos displaying your companies name on a hat or shirt. Sponsors can have their own representatives in victory lane if they so choose, to further involve themselves in the excitement of the sport from the infield pit area.

A full page photo gallery of your victory lane photos will appear on the Speedway website and Facebook page. We will forward an 8x10 color photo to all race night partners from their victory lane presentation upon the conclusion of the racing season.

But it doesn’t end there.

The results from your race night will be released immediately after the racing action to over 60 media outlets regionally and nationally, including local television affiliates, with a written text including your companies name and a victory lane photo with a driver wearing your hat and/or holding your t-shirt.

Oswego Speedway also encourages race night partners to set up displays outside the Speedway by the main gate to display products or services, or to hand out company brochures.

Say it with Signs – Trackside Marketing

Trackside marketing is a very affordable way to put your business name in front of thousands of people on a weekly basis. Less expensive than any race night partner package, signage is permanent for the entire season.

We offer a 2’x4’ “hub rail” sign attached to the inside catch fence running from the first turn down to the fourth turn, in full view of the main grandstands. 4’x8’ signs are also made available which are placed along the infield pit area fence which can be seen by all fans in the main grandstands, but also the VIP SkyBox or SkyDeck. We have additional 2’x4’ signs located throughout the front grandstands and also 2’x2’ signs placed throughout the entire concession area below the grandstands.

Our largest signage opportunities are placed surrounding each end of the Speedway above the outer turn walls and are built at an eye catching 8’x20’ measurement. These signs, also posted around the Speedway year round, can be seen from nearly any part of the Speedway and are continuously caught in on track racing shots by one of our many professional photographers.

All signage contracts are sold on an annual basis with step-ladder discounts built in for multiple year contracts. All signs are professionally built and prepared with your logo and company message placed as you wish.
