OSWEGO, NY (April 4, 2018) - Fundraiser season is in full swing as two Pathfinder Bank SBS regulars will hold their Chicken BBQ events this Saturday, April 7 and Sunday, April 8 at the Woodchuck Saloon and Lighthouse Lanes in Oswego.

Three year SBS campaigner James Babcock will host his Chicken BBQ Fundraiser on Saturday at the Woodchuck Saloon in Oswego with $10 dinners available as a donation to the Babcock Racing team. Food, raffles, 50/50’s, drink specials and more will be going on during the event, which is slated to begin at at 12pm. The CNY Fusion Mobile DJ Service will be spinning tunes all afternoon long. Ten percent of the donations will be passed on to Oswego County Cancer Services.

On Sunday, April 8, Pathfinder Bank SBS veteran Camden Proud and Proud Motorsports will host their fifth annual Chicken BBQ Fundraiser at Lighthouse Lanes in Oswego from 1pm until the time of sellout. Both Chicken BBQ and Pulled Pork dinners will be available at the Proud fundraiser, also for a $10 donation. Several raffles, door prizes, 50/50 sales, and much more will take place throughout the afternoon. A three time runner up finisher in the SBS class last season, the 19 year-old will look to start his first Budweiser International Classic 200 this September behind the wheel of the team’s recently purchased Supermodified.

Oswego Speedway kicks off its 2018 campaign on Saturday, May 26 which will see the track’s 68th Annual Opening Day set to include Jim Shampine Memorial Twin 50’s for the Novelis Supermodifieds plus the Tony White Memorial 35 for the Pathfinder Bank SBS. Season tickets, camping passes, and more are all on sale as part of Oswego Speedway's 2018 schedule. These items can be picked up and purchased in the speedway box office.
